Line 21 is a service that includes Line 21 services provided to you and all persons or entities using your Account, subject to the terms of this Agreement. Users who violate the terms of this Agreement will be immediately terminated from access to the Website and will have their account cancelled.
Scheduling an event within Line 21 constitutes your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, you will not be permitted to use the Line 21 service.
You agree that you will not transmit or upload any Content to the Website that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party. You may not use any trademark or service mark appearing on the Website without the prior written consent of the owner of the mark. You agree that you will not re-engineer or copy any of the functions or features of the Line 21 platform.
You and any user of your Account must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any Content. Line 21 shall not be responsible for any Content broadcast through the Line 21 platform to any and all RTMP destinations.
Line 21 does not pre-screen or monitor all Content as a matter of policy, but Line 21 shall have the right, but not the responsibility, to remove Content which is deemed in the sole discretion of Line 21 harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of this Agreement or any rules that Line 21 has in place at the time. Line 21 may elect at its sole discretion to monitor some, all, or none of the events for adherence to this Agreement or the rules set out by Line 21.
You expressly agree that use of Line 21 and the Website is at your own risk. Line 21 and all affiliates shall not be responsible for any content found on the Website or broadcast using Line 21 services. Line 21 and all affiliates expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Additionally, Line 21 and all affiliates make no warranty that:
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from the Line 21 services or website shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.
You understand and agree that any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Website is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer system or loss of data that results in the download of such content. You understand and agree that copyright laws protect any copyrighted material that you download or otherwise obtain through the use of the Website and regulations and that downloading and/or using copyrighted material in an illegal manner could result in lawsuits, damages, or other sanctions against you.
To the fullest extent permissible under the applicable law, Line 21 and all affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of the Website service, including any damages from viruses alleged to have been obtained from the Website service and including any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the Website, or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of profits, use, data, or other intangible properties, even if Line21 and all affiliates have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
