Add Team Member

  1. Your Settings dashboard looks like this:

<aside> ℹ️ You cannot rename your Organisation once created, but you can create multiple organisations.

Inviting more team members is a great way to share project management. To invite more team members, click on ‘Invite member’ in the Settings dashboard.

The following prompt will pop out for you to complete:

Enter the individual team member email address.

Example [email protected] and their name John Snow.

Choose which role you want them to have in your organisation - Member or ****Admin.

Roles

We currently recognise 3 team roles: owner, admin, member:

<aside> <img src="/icons/chess-queen_blue.svg" alt="/icons/chess-queen_blue.svg" width="40px" /> Owner This is usually the person that created the account and benefits from all the rights. The role of owner can be transferred by the owner to another admin only.

<aside> <img src="/icons/user-circle-filled_blue.svg" alt="/icons/user-circle-filled_blue.svg" width="40px" /> Admin Full access to the organisation barring ownership transfer rights. Ideal for team members that need to coordinate projects on behalf of the organisation.

<aside> <img src="/icons/user-circle_blue.svg" alt="/icons/user-circle_blue.svg" width="40px" /> Member A limited role, meant for temporary access (i.e. writers, scopists, etc.) - they have access only to the projects they were assigned. This role is currently in beta, and will be added soon.
