Your minutes will ‘roll’ to the next month and expire only when used.

You will receive a notification via email when your minutes are running low, and have been used.

Currently we express prices in USD only but we support international payments in any currency you operate in.

<aside> ⏲️ **Your minute allowance will only be reduced by used writing time:

Example:** A client books a captioning session from 09:00 - 10:00 Captions are written from 09:00 - 09:23 There is then a 10 minute break Captions are written from 09:33-09:57 Your total time used would be 47 minutes.

If you are ‘idle’ for five minutes or more, the system will cease tracking your input until you start writing again.
