<aside> 💳 Our service is billed as a Pay As You Go model. The calculated usage (minutes) and the service used (captioning, translations, proofreader, etc) is invoiced at month’s end.

The registered card is charged based on the standard rates.

To optimise costs (up to 50% less), you can buy bundles of minutes.

If you do not purchase a bundle, then your account will automatically set up to be charged $0.09 per minute for captioning, which will be invoiced at the end of each month.

If you purchase a bundle and run out of captioning minutes, then your account will revert to $0.09 per minute for captioning, which will be invoiced at the end of each month.

<aside> ⏲️ **You will only be charged for active writing time:

Example:** A client books a captioning session from 09:00 - 10:00 Captions are written from 09:00 - 09:23 There is then a 10 minute break Captions are written from 09:33-09:57 Your total time billed would be 47 minutes.

If you are ‘idle’ for five minutes or more, the system will cease tracking your input until you start writing again.
